This study aims to determine the level of work stress indomaret’s employees in Bengkalis subdistrict, as well most dominant and least factors affecting Indomaret’s employees. uses qualitative data. The population this were who indomaret while samples are 43 (employees). data collection technique research used a questionnaire technique. non-probability sampling type is survey research. results indicate that influence Workload, Leader Attitude, Working Time, Conflict, Communication Work authority. working time factor influencing subdistrict with score 4.33 communication 3.82. <w:LsdEx
